Giza Pyramids Complex

Edfu Temple

The Edfu Temple was constructed in the Ptolemaic era between 237 BC & 57 BC to be the worship house of the sky falcon god Horus. It is known to be one of the biggest and most preserved temples in Egypt.

Kom Ombo Temple

The Double of Kom Ombo Temple was constructed during the Greco Roman period between 205 BC & 180 BC in the reign of Ptolemy V one for the crocodile god Sobek and the other for the falcon sky god Horus.

Luxor Temple

The beautiful Luxor Temple was a center for celebrations like the Opet festival and crowning in 1400 BC during the reign of Amenhotep III & completed by Ramses II to honor the Gods of ancient Egypt. The temple also honored the rejuvenation of kingship.
